They all have tasted great but the only 'lightened' thing in the recipes seems to be low fat evaporated/condensed milk and low fat cream cheese. I was expecting more drastic ways to reduce the calories. I can replace regular ingredients in any of my other cookbooks and make them as 'light' as the| |Calories? Who needs them?
